Your “Moat” Is Fake.
People Are the Moat. Always have been - now especially.
The old game was: build software, tell a story about scale, get funded. Now software is abundant, copyable, and getting cheaper by the week, so if your moat is a feature list, you brought a butter knife to a gunfight and keep calling it “strategy.”
The new advantage is talkability + trust. Software products are turning into marketing channels. The product is the ad.
